This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process, dispatch, and deliver products purchased from www.majpro.in.
We encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order. By shopping with MAJPRO, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Processing
At MAJPRO, every order is handled with precision and care.
- All confirmed orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders received after 3:00 PM IST are processed the next working day.
- Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing the tracking details.
Our warehouse and logistics teams ensure all products are inspected, securely packed, and dispatched in tamper-proof packaging to maintain product safety throughout transit.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines (Within India)
Our delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier service availability.
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2 – 4 working days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4 – 7 working days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7 – 10 working days
Please note that these are estimated timelines. While we strive to deliver every order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, local holidays, courier delays, or regional restrictions may cause occasional delays.
MAJPRO will make every effort to keep you updated in case of any such delays, but we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
We believe in complete transparency. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:
- A tracking link via email or SMS from MAJPRO.
- The ability to view order status and tracking details directly under “My Orders” in your MAJPRO account.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please notify our support team at support@majpro.in within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
4. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may contain multiple items shipped from different warehouses. To ensure faster delivery, we may dispatch them in separate shipments.
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number and details.
- You will be notified of each dispatch separately via email or SMS.
5. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Occasionally, an order may be returned to us if the delivery address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or the package is refused upon arrival. In such cases:
- The order can be re-shipped after confirmation of the correct address and payment of applicable re-shipping fees.
- Alternatively, the order may be canceled and refunded after deducting two-way courier charges, payment gateway fees, and any applicable COD charges.
Please ensure your contact number, delivery address, and pin code are accurate while placing the order to avoid such issues.
6. International Shipping
At present, MAJPRO ships exclusively within India. However, we are actively working to introduce international shipping options to serve our global photography community.
Once available, customers will be able to view international delivery timelines, costs, and policies directly on our website. Stay connected for future updates.
7. Packaging and Product Handling
Every MAJPRO product undergoes a strict quality and packaging process to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Items are packed using protective materials to prevent transit damage.
- Fragile products, such as light modifiers and stands, are packed in double-layered boxes for added safety.
- If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept delivery and contact our support team immediately.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
MAJPRO shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities
- Transportation strikes
- Government restrictions
- Courier operational issues
- Pandemics or emergencies
We will, however, make every effort to minimize disruptions and keep you informed of any extended delays.
